At Relax & Roam Travel, we bring firsthand destination knowledge, genuine relationships with hotels and local partners worldwide, and the kind of insider access you simply can't replicate on your own - hidden-gem recommendations, behind-closed-doors experiences, and someone in your corner before, during, and after your trip.

And we meet you wherever you are. If you just want to make a hotel stay more special - better room, complimentary perks, a hotel that already knows your name - we can do that, at no extra cost to you. If you want someone to take the entire trip off your plate and plan it from scratch, we do that too, and we'll plan it like it's our own.

While we plan trips worldwide, our current top booked destinations are Europe, Asia (especially Japan), Africa, and the US. We are constantly meeting suppliers, scouting destinations and hotels, attending industry conferences, and building relationships with travel partners all around the world so that wherever we send our clients, they're getting both exceptional treatment and expertise.

No. The rates we access are the same as - and often better than - what you'd find booking directly. If we can't match or beat the rate you've found, we'll tell you to book direct. What you do get by booking through us are the VIP perks and a hotel that knows who you are before you arrive.

Not quite. Credit card programs like Amex are great, but they're essentially a high-end booking portal - your reservation is one of thousands. When we book for you, we have a direct relationship with the hotel team. We personally brief them on who you are and what matters to you.

Yes - for full itinerary planning, we charge a planning fee that reflects the research, expertise, and time that goes into building a trip from scratch. For hotel-only bookings or cruises, there's no planning fee - we're compensated through the hotel's standard travel advisor commission, at no extra cost to you. We'll always be upfront about fees before we begin.

The earlier the better - especially for peak season or trips with complex logistics. Ideally, 6-12 months out for full itinerary planning. That said, we're happy to work with tighter timelines when we can.

The basics - where you want to go, when, and who's traveling. But the details are what make a trip great, so the more you share, the better. Travel style, pace preferences, must-haves, things you want to avoid, past trips you've loved or didn't, dietary needs, special occasions - all of it helps us build something that actually fits you.

Yes. Whether it's a corporate retreat, a girls' trip, a milestone celebration, or a multi-generational family gathering, we love planning group travel. We handle the logistics, the hotels, the experiences, and all the moving parts - so whoever is organizing doesn't have to. If you have a group and a vision, we'll take it from there.
